Module I: Foundations of the Witch
⸻
🔮 Lesson Overview
Before we talk about circles, candles, or spells, we have to ask:
What even is witchcraft?
This lesson explores the core identity of the witch: not just a figure of folklore or fear, but a sovereign magical being in relationship with power, land, spirit, and symbol. You’ll learn what witchcraft is (and isn’t), how energy is moved through will and current, and the roles witches play as liminal beings in the web of creation.
This is where the journey begins — not with tools, but with identity, energy, and relationship.

🔸 Witchcraft Is a Practice, Not a Religion
Witchcraft is not about belief. It’s not a dogma or a required set of myths. It’s a practice — a way of moving energy, shaping reality, and entering into sacred relationship with the world around you.
You can be a witch and be:
• A polytheist
• A monotheist
• An animist
• An agnostic
• Or none of the above
What unites all witches is the ability to sense, direct, and harmonize energy through intention, will, and symbolic action.
Witchcraft is spiritual because it deals with the invisible — not because it requires belief.
